: How are equations, tables, graphs, and solutions to equations related?AIMAnnouncement:There will be a Unit 4 quiz on Tuesday 2/9/16. The quiz will cover linear relationships, tables, graphs, equations, and solutions to equations. Prepare for the quiz Tuesday.HW: Do Now:Is (6,1) a solution to the equation y = -2x+11? Explain your answer. Ans: The coordinate (6,1) is not a solution to the equation above. The numbers cannot be substituted into their respective places to form a true statement. After the Do Now, we went over homework questions. We also explored linear relationships as represented on tables. Students were able to find constant rates of change from tables. Midterms were as returned and entered into each student's portfolio. Students asked questions on errors they made and went over general concerns.Classwork::ResourcesPlease use the following resource below to aid in your preparation for Tuesday's quiz, or just to practice skills from class. https://www.khanacademy.org/math/cc-seventh-grade-math/cc-7th-ratio-proportion/cc-7th-equations-of-proportional-relationships/e/interpreting-graphs-of-proportional-relationships https://www.khanacademy.org/math/cc-seventh-grade-math/cc-7th-ratio-proportion/cc-7th-equations-of-proportional-relationships/e/writing-proportional-equations
